At VEIA, each piece is crafted with precision by expert jewellers. Every item is made to order, ensuring your jewellery is unique and finished to the highest standards.

UK DELIVERY

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all jewellery orders.

  • Orders are shipped via fully insured services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD)
  • A signature is required upon delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel
  • If delivery is missed, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot and a calling card will be left

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international shipping via trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and administrative fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are applied upon arrival in the destination country

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

As all jewellery is handcrafted, production times may vary.

  • Made-to-order items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery
  • Ready-to-ship items: Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery

All timeframes are estimates. While we aim to meet these timelines, slight delays may occur due to the bespoke nature of our pieces. You will be informed of any updates.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

For security purposes, we recommend delivery to your billing address.

If you require delivery to an alternative address, please contact us at info@goldbulliondirect.co.uk prior to placing your order. Additional verification may be required.

VAT & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the UK may be eligible for VAT exclusion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery for eligible items.

How to Request a Return

You will be provided with full return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order or bespoke jewellery
  • Engraved or personalised items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
