PAYMENTS
We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card, and credit card, subject to the limits below:
- Debit card: up to £25,000
- Credit card: up to £3,500
- Bank transfer: up to £150,000
For security and fraud prevention, all orders are delivered only to the verified billing address of the cardholder.
We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing and dispatch. This may include requests for identification or proof of address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet our payment or verification requirements.
TERMS OF SALE
Due to the nature of bullion products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.
This is in accordance with the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004, as the value of precious metals is subject to fluctuations in financial markets outside of our control.
In limited circumstances, a request to cancel an order may be considered. Any such request is subject to our approval and may incur:
- Market loss charges
- Administrative fees
DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed and successfully passed our security checks, please allow 3–5 working days for delivery.
- All goods are shipped via fully insured delivery services
- Orders are packaged in discreet, unbranded packaging for security
- Delivery is made only to the verified cardholder’s address
High-Value Orders
For orders exceeding £15,000, we offer a bespoke secure delivery service.
Where a specialist courier is required, our team will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Full details, including delivery date and time window, will be confirmed in advance.
